If you use it correctly, yes and I love it. I'm glad this exclusive is my hawkmoon replacement. I remember lots of people believed hawkmoon was OP and it never got nerfed. Even now, it still hits like it hit before.

It did get nerfed though.

Can't snipe with it anymore. But, if you're in hand cannon range, it destroys. I still pop 100+ with luck in the chamber.
