Get the chaperone and max it out. The perks work with your primary. With Hung Jury, you'll never have to reload when clearing adds.

I thought precision kills only gave you the buff which allowed you to swap back to your chaperone and get the precision kills. I never got ammo back when using my primary, only from the triple tap perk.
