  • My theory is Sunbreaker has 50% DR but when using gear with the solar based subclass armor perk, has 55% DR (making you able to withstand 1 GG shot). If that theory holds true, a stormcaller and blade dancer (with max armor builds) might be able to do the same with said perk on gear but for arc. I don't think Sunbreaker by itself withstands 1 GG shot is the point. The class focused on armor with a perk from another piece of armor does.

  • It won't survive without that armor piece. Nobody wants to talk about that though it's immediately how op the subclass is without taking the rest into consideration m

  • So, i'm correct in my assumption that sunbreaker, stormcaller, and blade dancer have a 50% DR. The armor perk gives +5%, and you can only survive the GG if you go max armor? If so, jesus...I figured that shit out the first week TTK released and everyone argued HoS gave 55% DR. This forum man...this frickin forum.

  • That would appear to be correct. I can tell you 100% that a sb with max armor without the chest piece will die to a gg obviously dependant on range fall off but it will die. I've been arguing the same thing and just gave up

  • I'm thinking that may be it.
