If you can't do the jumping puzzles or die frequently on them please comment below I'm dying to know why. Nothing is more frustrating than the one guardian all the way at the beginning of the puzzle an hour later not because he/she doesn't knowthe puzzle but purely because they can't jump.
Please share your experiences of guardians failing those jumping puzzles in your fireteam.

You forgot hilarious

Can someone explain the thinking behind platforming in first person? I'm not terrible at them but I am slow which makes deathsingers a challenge if I get torn. But that calcified fragment with the scent took me a while to get and I had to get a friend to hold the platforms for me. Again, what's the point of platforming in a first person shooter?

Equip your sword in jumping puzzle. 3rd person view helps alot.
-
No such thing as failure. Each attempt is a successful step in finding the right way.
-
I'm the worst at jumping. Hunter main, but it's real bad when I switch to my lock. So used to the hunter jump that what little ability I had goes out the window. I find that jumping is really clunky and there are instances (hunter-wise) where it seems you're either jumping too far or not far enough, and the moment you've hit A for your double jump, you can tell if you've messed it up and there's very little you can do. The idea of platforming in any first person game isn't fun, though.

Aren't the best at jumping puzzles.
-
I hate jumping, and it takes me a while to get it right. The first time I did kings fall ship jumps it took me easily half an hour or more. The first time in the second jump bit was easier however.
-
A big issue for me. I have not done the VoG yet. But the queens ransom mission made me almost rage quit. It is just frustrating. There's another mission on that same place with Orix echo. I still died jumping .

I'm disabled and I basically play with one hand I do a lot of stuff just fine but those darn jumping puzzles are the cause of much laughter in Xbox parties lol
-
I hate doing the raid ship jumping puzzle with my hunter. I don't have Bones of Eao and the jump after ducking under the ship is such a bitch sometimes. I did that jump once with my titan and actually jumped OVER the ship I was supposed to land on. Yet with my hunter, I can barely make it up there and it usually takes a few tries.
-
im a hunter and im the best in my raid group of the puzzles im so good at it i never fail
-
most people cheesed the VoG jump puzzle, because it was easier. Crota it was not required but most people still cheesed the bridge. Now platforming in KF is required. the puzzles cannot be skipped. Give people time to practice platforming.

Yeah I'm not a complete asshole I chose the popular answer lol

Mostly cause of a hunter, I can do it perfectly on Titan and warlock, XD
-
I don't have any trouble doing it on my hunter. Pretty easy with triple jump. I struggled with my titan last night though, kept gliding over the ships :/
-
Where's the never played mario/sonic option?!
-
White.
-
"White men" is the most obvious answer. Yet its not in the answers. Poll is useless...
-
What the hell? I think it's hilarious, my party is always laughing and having a good time watching our friends struggle lol
-
Everyone has there good and bad days at it so its not easy to judge them...especially when there good days make them look like superman flying round the whole damn place :p
-
Haha, I'm a pretty good jumper and am fine with the jumping puzzles in the raid. Did it last night and could not get up the slippy rocks for the life of me, after 10 mins the team kindly transported me to the daughters. I love that they built the jumping puzzles, but the jumping mechanics do not make this very easy.

I don't like stupid jumping crap in this game because I am old. I refer to these as "Frogger levels". I do this, Millenials, because there used to be a video game (in a huge phone booth sized box (a phone booth was a tiny room containing a phone that you put dimes in to use) that you put quarters in to play) called Frogger where you jumped around a lot. I hated Frogger, so screw jumping levels and this post.

Edited by Deathlore: 10/9/2015 6:42:28 AMLooking at option 5 in OPs post... Seems OP also has problems with not only jumping puzzles but jumping altogether! OP must be surprised that every time he goes to jump, his gun reloads instead lol :D EDIT: I know OP is on PS3/4 - just thought it was funny to apply to Xbox ;)

I don't understand why people can't figure out how to jump with hunter.... I main hunter and normally first guy across all jumping puzzles
-
I enjoy using my hunter for the jumping puzzles. You cant beat the EAO JORDANS!! On a related note, i had a guy on a fireteam blink his way across the ships.
what a showoff
