Alice laughs. "The city is always in danger. Over the past year, guardians have been going to the stars and killing any viable threat. I remember that at the beginning of the year, we had a few guardians go off to take down the Black Garden. Then Fallen Kells, then Ogre's growing on hive energy deep in the moon, then vex spreading throughout Venus, Cabal establishing fortresses on Mars." Alive takes a breath. "Guardians do what they can to help the city, but there is nothing Guardians can do about the deadly threat within these city walls." Alice leans forward. "Do you know what this threat is?"
