... Are -blam!-ing hilarious to watch. Seeing a person fail horribly on the ship puzzle is funny. I've seen so many people have to miss out on the chest because they can't, not even with me holding their hand, make a few of those jumps.

True, but try to make fun of the situation instead of them, even if you are laughing at them. It makes them feel less useless
