Dear Bungie, I've never received my hunter specific items from the CE (no class item, no shader, no emote) When I logged in with my titan and warlock I was able to secure all of these for them but when I log on to my hunter, nothing happens. No directions to a kiosk / quest or anything. Thankfully I've managed to pick up the emote (sprinkler) from my collection in the lounge area, so at least I got that. The class specific exotic item shows up in my armor collection but I'm not going to spend an exotic shard and some glimmer on something that I should've already gotten for my money directly in my inventory. However, the shader (Nebula Glow) is still missing. It's not even showing up in my collection! I think I've read something that Bungie is aware of this situation and is investigating similar cases. Can we have any ETA (days / weeks?) on when we could get our items? Thank you. EDIT 23.10.2015: I've checked my hunter yesterday (on the 22nd) and I can now find the Nebula Glow shader in my collection, so everyone who's replied to this topic I'd suggest you go and do the same. I haven't got the exotic class item directly in my inventory though which is a shame since some get it for "free" (for their real life money I mean) while others have to spend money PLUS in-game materials to get it even though it's not their fault that it didn't appear in the first place...
