Went across the tomb ships yesterday, failed the jump to the chest ramp because my Hunter is my least upgraded class and I didn't have triple jump, got respawned at the very beginning and heard someone say it was my own fault. You can bet I took my sweet fvcking time getting back.

How could you not having your class upgraded and you dying possibly be anything but your fault?

I don't think you read properly. I fell off at the ramp going up to the chest door. It then respawned me at the very start of the entire jumping puzzle. That is neither something I directly caused nor something within in my control.
