[b] Lance rolls his eyes.[/b] "Come in." [b] She sees a blood soaked bandage around his torso, wrapping around his torso, as he re-dresses Trinity's stomach.[/b] "Yes, lazy Jenna. Sure."

"Seems like the wolves took a bite out of you guys too huh." [i]She walks in and shuts the door behind her.[/i]

"To say the least. Their swordsman made me look like an amateur and someone with a knife got at Trinity."

[i]She rubs the back of her head[/i] "Flair and Sharp. That's who you two went up against. Flair, the ace of 9. Sharp, the ace of 8. I was attacked by the club of Jack." [i]She lifts her shirt up to reveal her torso heavily bandaged as well as her forehead.[/i]

[b] He raises his eyebrows[/b] "What the hell did Mr. Jack do?"

[b] He shrugs.[/b] "At least he wasnt a Psion with a flaming sword." [b] He stands up after finishing Trinity's bandages.[/b] "You want something to drink?"

"True. Um can I get some water please?"

"You called me a lazy ass and now your saying please?" [b] Lance chuckles and goes to the fridge, tossing her a bottle of water[/b]

[i]She catches it [/i] "Look, I'm trying okay. Would you rather me be a jerk?" [i]She drinks the water.[/i]

[b]He chuckles.[/b] "Be whatever you want. Doesn't make a huge difference to me. Not like I see you all that often anyway."

"True, well I'm trying to become a better person in general."

[b] He rolls his eyes.[/b] "Why? Because big bro said to?"

"Yeah. What you think it's alright for a 17 year old to drink and wreck the city? He made me realize what I was doing. So I'm going to change."

[b] He shrugs[/b] "Your choices. Your life. I'm no role model to take after."

"Yeah alright, I just came to check up on you guys."

[b] Lance chuckles.[/b] "I can take care of myself Jenna." [b] He gets up off the couch to rummage through a cupboard, showing his massive burn scars on his back.[/b] [spoiler] Don't know if Jenna has seen them, don't think she has. Plus it adds a bit of more of a connection to the two if she knows his story.[/spoiler]

"Fire gave them to me." [b] He chuckles.[/b]

"My house burned down and my parents burned alive when I was 8. I escaped with these as a parting gift. And I still haven't found out who did it." [b] He throws a thumb over his shoulder gesturing to the scars[/b]

"Oh, uh. Sorry about that."

[b] He laughs.[/b] "It's fine. I've come to terms with it, I'm sure you didn't expect such a dark answer."

[b] He chuckles.[/b] "Sorry about that."

"It's alright."
