Eh, I can get 20 rounds on the Hung Jury too, plus triple tap lets you shoot up to 27 rounds. Tlaloc is decent, when the perk hits its good, but when u eventually have to use your super you basically nerf yourself. Waste of an exotic slot for me (not that I currently have anything better to use). Would be nice if I could use it on a defender Titan too though, since they sit on their super alot too like the self rez Lock does.
