I believe it was because they won once before (a few months back)? I guess Bungie wants to be "fair" and spread the awards around to everyone. If so, thats just some PC BS. There's enough of that to go around already.

That could be what happened. However, I did not realize it was a participation award to be selected for MOTW. I thought that they were looking for the best video, e.g., if the same person submits the best video every week, then they should win every week...
