I believe New Monarchy wants to build a create a new world order. They want to bring law into lawlessness. They can been seen as trying to start a dictatorship though. :p

It's what ever you want. :p Personally I went to New Monarchy because I like the items they were selling along time ago. Dead Orbit has some nice shaders though.

Love the blackish colors of DO but I want to go lore based. Ill probably switch over when I hit lvl 25 with them.
