Yea mine has crowd control and armor piercing rounds in addition to firefly. Not sure what you rolled but mine has been better than jury. I've gotten double firefly with one bullet various times. Crowd controlling like crazy.

Armor piercing rounds doesn't really do too much IMO

It does a lot. Actually increases damage, and shoots through mobs. So if they are close to each other you will be crowd controlling even better.
