levels not unlocked
so. i played thru the raid on two character got em up to 300 each. and went to level up my hunter. my hunter is sitting at level 34 170 light and i did all the story missions. but heres the thing. every mission except for restoration, the dark within, the last array, and the warmind. i did all of them over again and nothing new has unlocked. so i can progress my hunter. the quest i was given when i came in on my hunter was to complete the garden spire. however i cannot complete the garden spire due to it being locked. any help on this?
