Dear Bungie, After the release of the Destiny Nepal Shader and Icon I ran into an issue. I know what you're thinking. "Stop right there and go email the shader help email". Well I did that and they were very helpful until two and a half weeks ago. I've been ignored for the past 2.5 weeks despite the fact that I have a real problem. Please won't somebody help me here? Now I'll explain the problem. I graciously donated to the Bungie Love Foundation for the aide of the Nepalese people after the devastating earthquake that took place there earlier this year. I got my shirt, then shortly after I got my code for my exclusive in game items. I entered the code with the link provided in my email from Bungie. I signed into my Xbox One guardian and it was there. I was so happy. But then I signed into my Playstation 4 guardian and there was nothing. It is my understanding that a code like that will be redeemed on both consoles so long as they are linked to the same Bungie.net profile... which they [b]ARE[/b]. I was asked all kinds of troubleshooting questions about it and I answered them accordingly. The last question I got was that I was asked for a screenshot of my Shader Terminal in the Tower next to the lady that sells you shaders. So I took my screenshot which you can see here: [url]https://gyazo.com/caed96dd52805e312530a90d799edce9[/url] Once I sent this email reply with the screenshot to the nepal shader helpline communication completely cut off. I have messaged this person now about 3 times asking if I could get help with the problem and still no response. Please, I'm begging you, won't somebody from Bungie help me? I donated my hard earned money and the least I deserve is what everybody else got and what you promised. I was so excited to have this shader and icon and was looking forward to proudly representing the cause that I donated to. This is ruining my Destiny experience. -Anthony EDIT: The codes are not console specific because they are redeemed to the Bungie.net profile and both Xbox and Playstation accounts will get the rewards for that. I think I'm being purposely ignored at this point because I have a real problem and Bungie has no solution to it but won't admit it to me.
