1. Kill 15 Fallen Ultras
2. Kill 15 Hive Ultras
3: Kill 15 Vex Ultras
4: Kill 15 Cabal Ultras.
5. Beat all raids.
6. Defeat Skolas.
7. Find relics from the Golden Age.
8. Dismantle Exotics for Exotic Weapon Parts.
9. Find instructions and blueprints on Earth.
10. Play a special version of the Black Garden where you get a Relic Barrel.
11: Prove yourself to the Vanguard by beating special Nightfall-Difficulty Strikes.
Receive the Old Ways Arc Exotic Scout Rifle.

Sounds like an amazing trophy weapon but I'm having trouble finding the balance. I like the idea of a random stat being increased every reload, but I feel that could be it's own exotic entirely. This includes the tool kit perk and full auto/hair trigger(which sounds amazing together btw). Those perks a great but they can be other exotics as well. It's an amazing weapon but I'd say it's way to powerful for pvp.
