Why the Sleeper Simulant is broken
It says it penetrates enemies
So why the hell does a Phalanx shield still block it?
It should penetrate the shield (part of the enemy) and kill the annoying bastards.

If I shoot your gun, do you get hurt? No. Same for the enemies. It's a different entity, that's why the shield falls down separately from the body when they die.
