I've got a lot of Etheric Light sitting in my vault and I want to be able to use it. Here are a couple of ideas that could maybe be built upon. (Thread is also open to new ideas, don't be afraid to post) I don't know about anyone else, but some of the blue items I collected throughout The Taken King were cooler than the legendaries. I would love to be able to turn my blues into legendaries so I could then infuse them and wear them all the time. Highest Squidder cloak is awesome and suits almost every shader yet I have to wear these green/red cloaks because they're the only legendaries you can get. Turning Rares into Legendaries would be profitable for the game in every sense as it is an easy way of bringing about more diversity among players. A friend of mine also told me about something you can do in World of Warcraft, which I've never played, where you can transform a piece armor to look like another piece of armor, while keeping the same perks. For example, you don't like the look of you Crest of Alpha Lupi? Maybe you really like the raid chest but want the perks of Alpha Lupi? You can change the appearance of the Alpha Lupi to look like the raid chest. Maybe a system like that could be problematic, but I guess thats why you discuss ideas like this. Anyone else have ideas for Etheric Light?
