Just do a teir 3 cort of oryx to get your fragment you need. already done this weeks wait a day relax spend time with freinds and family and then get ToM after teir 3 court need more than one fragment youve either missed one in patrol, the raid, or you need to open one more chest. Or if you didnt get the agonarch rune done quick enough befor it was disabled by bungie I guess you're stuck waiting until its fixed. Sorry if this isnt helping
