First of all. that's a pvp scout I think he's talking about PvE. Second Third Eye is much more useful than Underdog.

HJ is better for mobs of adds but vs ToM on a Boss? Your crazy. It's not even close.
And my HJ is at 310 and I love it but not for Bosses
