No it doesn't do you even trials of Osiris bro every spawn I move at double speed same when my health gets low

It says improved range and handling when you spawn... no where does it say agility boost. Not even with the other perk. Handling and range boost is extremely useless. Especially on a scout rifle. At least you have explosive rounds, I guess.

No it doesn't. Handling is the amount of time it takes you to aim down the sights. If it was agility, they would have specifically said agility.
