If the rewards seem worth it to do something you don't like, then do it. I don't like activities like grinding materials for swords, hunting fragments for Touch of Malice, or waiting 2 hours on Earth for a Warsat to drop, but the rewards seemed worth it, and most of the time they are worth it. Step out of your comfort zone to achieve what you want, then use it however you enjoy playing.
