Those arrows are not easy to hit. They aren't like Sunbreakers hammers which track you

sunbreaker hammers don't track you, the tracking perk just gives them proximity detonation.

Yeah they are actually. They track pretty hard

I actually was getting crazy kills with my golden gun for a quest. Switched to nightstalker for pvp for the first time and yeeaah what a change. Even with quiver on it took a while to learn to actually aim at someone, since in pve I just worry about shooting in a general direction. Loove the bow though!
