What's up with the Agonarch rune? I just fully charged mine but when I try to us it it says I need a fully charged rune. Scrolling through this thread it is clear that I am not the only one having issues.

Pretty sure they disabled the tune because of people exploiting it.

I have the same problem, i have fully charged rune and it says i need it. They can't disable it if you can get 1 fagment, for me.. my last fragment...
