I do not wish to sound like I'm being demanding or rude due to the fact that there are already multiple posts related to this, but I wish to request a fix on the Charged Agonarch Rune bug. I just got it charged around 8:00 AM today (October 12, 2015) and I cannot activate it, for some reason. Some say that it depends on the time and that it can only be activated Midday (Noon) and not in the morning or afternoon, but I am unsure.
Is this problem fixeable or is it in-game issues?

It has been disabled due to a glitch that was heavily abused. When they fix the glitch you'll be able to use your rune.
