Twice this week already I have had Destiny freeze to point of having to force-quit the app from the dashboard. (Menu button > Quit).. It happens right after an explosion of some type while in close quarters to the enemy. It freezes right when the explosion begins. I believe it may be the Vanity firefly effect causing it. It may not be but I recently got the Vanity and use it almost exclusively and in both cases of freezing was fighting mobs with it. My memory of the explosion is that it looks like the explosion effect from Firefly (ie. mostly yellowish flames type explosion) Also the PoE sound glitches are so bad that it is no fun to play it because I don't know what's going on half the time anymore. It seems that every single time the Cabal stage comes up the sound gets glitched and lasts for the rest of the mission. Sometimes it gets glitched on the Hive level as well. The glitch is anything from just music disappearing to ALL sound except ambience and guardian sounds (scream, moan, etc.) disappearing including Variks audio and even in between rounds at times. Also noticed last time (this is just one time) that a player got stuck in the previous round arena which delayed the next round so much I thought we were going to have to go to orbit and start over but seems that it kicked itself into gear..
