[b][u]The Aftermath [/u][/b]

Soldiers lay dead, both sides took heavy, horrible loses. We may have come out on top, but we payed dearly for our win. Blood and gore splatter on the walls, in the hallways, in rooms and even on the survivors. About halfway up a hallway, there lies a soldier who held a grenade when he was overrun. The walls had been almost knocked down from such a force.
Ships in the hangar are in pieces, flaming. A body hangs from a sharp piece of metal. The man hangs there, dead. The hangar is in ruins, flames, chaos because Ciri go to her ship. This move was bitter-sweet, it may have eliminated most of Del Fino's forces, but it destroyed everything in the hangar.
The entrance to the training room was a wall of bodies. Both friendly and enemy, some were missing limbs, others intact, a few were just piles of meat and bone at this point.

[b]His ghost blinks into reality, and hits you with a laser, jolting you awake[/b] "Eyes up guardian" [b]It says[/b]

[b]vaaxius snaps away, she looks around before remembering that two of her eyes are destroyed[/b] "Owww....."

[b]The ghost starts to work on them[/b]

"Thank you ghost, this will help reduce my recovery time..."

"You're welcome"

"What are you going to do now? Your guardian is going down a dark path..."

"He..... Must......it's a difficult topic for me to broach"

[b]Sola limps into the hangar, following the sounds.[/b] "V-Vaax..?"

"Sola? Where are you?...." [b]she sees vaaxius in the rubble of her skiff, a piece of metal was in impaled in her right leg and two of her mechanical eyes were broken[/b]

[b]She limps quickly over to Vaax, and kneels over her[/b] "I- I'm right here...." [b]She looks over Vaaxius, tearing up.[/b]

[b]vaaxius reaches for her, she was covered in oil, ash, and blood[/b] "What..... What happened?...."

[b]Sola hugs her lightly, trying not to injure her.[/b] "There...there was an attack or something..."
-
"Why? What did we do?....." [b]vaaxius hugs back, barely conscious[/b]

"I don't know...it just happened." [b]Sola begins to cry.[/b]

[b]vaaxius rubs the back of her head, trying to comfort her[/b] "Shhh..... It's alright..... We're alive...... That's all that matters right now...."

[b]Sola's crying quiets down a bit[/b]

"I need some medical help, where is the infirmary?"

[b]Sola wraps Vaaxius in a blanket tightly.[/b] "I'll get you there..." [b]She drags Vaaxius out of the ship, falling over in the process[/b]

"Are you ok? I can crawl there if it is too much trouble for you..."
-
"N-No...I've got you..." [b]She drags Vaaxius down the hall, straining her leg.[/b]
-
[b]by this time, vaaxius has passed out from blood loss, her working eyes were blinking red to warn sola about vaaxius[/b]
-
"Nonono...." [b]Sola pulls out her omni-tool, and applies medi-gel to Vaaxius.[/b] "Keelah nonono..."
