I don't know if this has been addressed, but the progress bar for any of the regular enemies, locations, whatever just will not fill, even after completing the rank 3 of these enemies; so I ask, am I doing something wrong or is it glitched?

Are you using the android mobile app? The white bar at the bottom of cards with tiers doesn't fill completely even if you reach tier 3, when viewing the grimoire with the mobile app on android.
