Some items are still "classified", and cannot be managed with the mobile app. The grimoire cards for "classified" items are still, uh, classified, and don't seem to be in the deck yet. For the sub-class ability cards, when viewing with the mobile app (at least on android), right now those are bugged and actually leading to the sub-class card. I suppose the red flag is there because we haven't actually read the ability card yet. If you view those cards on the website, it will remove the red flag on the mobile app for them when the grimoire is refreshed.
