Can you also fix the shattered past quest? I picked up 5 fragments and then started the quest. It's not counting the fragments prior to activating the quest!

You need to find 5 new fragments, it will not count against you in any way. They are simple enough to find so it is no big deal to find 5 new ones. Just plug away at them and try to get all of them in one sitting.

It doesn't count what you did prior to the quest. I think most people collected more than what was needed prior to getting that same quest. Just go find more. Everything will process normally from the point of the quest chain.
