What's a good compact, carry in your pocket handgun? Nothing too big for me, I'm too small for a Glock sized handgun.
Thanks for the input.

Hmm..somehow actually haven't heard of them before.. Thanks.
-
They started making larger frame guns but still have small ones. They are very slim, well built and shoot decent.
-
Yeah quality/reliability is my biggest "must have" when it comes to anything.
-
Beretta 379 may work for you
-
Sorry, looked that up..which exact model are you talking about? Thanks.
-
Personally I really like my Springfield xd-s. I've only ever had it and a kel tec pf9 that I didn't much care for though (carry guns, I have a xd compact 9mm & Colt 1911 too)
-
Yeah I saw that particular Springfield for..379 i think? Looks nice. Thanks for the input.

Glock makes sub compacts. The Taurus curve is about as small as you can go. Google search and go to gun shops.
-
Yeah that's a tiny little thing..just looked it up. How reliable are S&W?
-
Pretty good. Big brand names are gonna be good with few exceptions its just a little pricier
-
Yeah I was thinking of the Bodyguard 380, old boss of mine had one and it felt incredibly comfortable. But, if I can find something that size, with the quality of that particular gun, I'd go for it. Seems like a lot of people prefer Glock. Been out of touch with then firearm world too long to really know what's best. I know how to handle them, safety and all that important stuff.. I just want something for personal use since I live in a big city with a good size crime rate.
-
I would avoid a .380, the rounds are over priced and underpowered. If you like the smith and wesson bodyguard they have a .38 j-frame version with an enclosed hammer, lots more stopping power there.
-
Oh, yeah I'm familiar with those. I just sort of prefer the one I was referring to. I guess for asthetic reasons? I know that's a stupid reason, but I'm odd like that. But thanks friend, I'll check it out some more.

Look on the glock website. you sound like you are fairly new in the world of firearms they will teach you Quite a bit
-
Eh not new per say, just out of touch. I used to be very into firearms a while back, then just fell out of interest i suppose. But thanks though.!
-
Yes sir I think you will enjoy :)
-
Haha thanks friend!
-
Absolutely brotha :)

Got my girlfriend a Glock 42. Its very small and incredibly reliable. They also make it in a 9mm (think it is called a Glock 43). Great guns.
-
I think I know which one you're talking about. Yeah I'd probably go for a 9MM personally.
