The OP was a joke, meant to make those of us who were sitting at 30 / 32 after VoG / Crota remember back when all these douchebags were bitching about how they'd kick "fake (or welfare) 30s or 32s" out of Raids for having Iron Banner gear. It was so -blam!-in stupid, dude.
