You've already seen the last raid for year 1. Luke Smith said not to expect a raid every year and if they are doing a "few content" model for year 2, it's not going to include a raid that requires hundreds of hours of development, it's going to be little things like quests that are just repackaging the same grind in the same locations.

Do you have an idea about what time the comment was made? Destiny wouldn't be what it is without raids. I find it hard to believe that Luke would say there would not be a raid with each subsequent dlc. That is what you say he said, correct?

He didn't specifically state there wouldn't be one with each DLC, he only said "don't expect a raid to be released every year". Even if it's not true, he could be trying to set expectations just in case.

Every year or every DLC? There are multiple DLC's throughout the year. Nevermind, ill just listen to it myself. Again do you know the approximate time stamp where he says that?

Every year. I believe it's somewhere around the halfway mark. It was a make the comment and move on moment.
