Hi,
I recently upgraded from an xbox 360 to an xbox one and can't install the digital version without being asked to purchase it regardless of the fact that I have already purchased it on my xbox 360. Is there any way to get this content across?

You need the main game for each console. TDB and HoW will transfer over if you use the same GT. TTK is not part of the digital upgrade program, you need to buy a copy of the DLC for each console.

Try transferring licence agreement that is where Microsoft store your purchase history.Download history is different as it only relates to your console history not profile history

Which Digital Version? I was able to download and transfer all my content from my 360 to my new Xbone. I can't remember exactly what I did though, I don't think I had to do anything special. -
The first two expansions worked fine, ttk doesn't though

That's weird...Sorry, I got nothing, lol. -
game is required with new console again but everything else should transfer over. game itself will not just magically cross to newer platform

I don't think so. Ppl at gamestop told me the only way it can be swapped is if you gave hard copy
