You have no argument at all. Thus invalid.

No need for an argument, its fine the way it is. Your point of trying to buff it will take away the risk factor of the ability. So there would be no risk of being countered if it activated automatically and would put it over the top. So the buff is not needed.

You wanted a buff for it to activate faster. So it would mean an automatic supression.

No just not the 2.5 secs it is now. Maybe 1.5. Im speaking from a pve stand point pvp players can go screw themselves theyre the ones ruining the game with all their crying.
