The fact that you don't have a Titan means you don't know how useful an AIR evade is, given that the best part about a Titan is its speed while skating, where it spends most of its time in AIR. Depending on how the evade works it will add much more control to titan skating and allow one to disorient when caught too tightly close quarters.
