Losing engrams to the crypto
I already lost one rare and legendary engram to the cryptarch when trying to turn in . Please fix this.

Two common occurrences: Your engram decrypts into materials, such as motes of light or strange coins. Your engram decrypts into an artifact - any engram can result in an artifact rather than the slot it indicates.

Same here. Two legendary engrams decrypted without getting anything out of it.
