Well how do you get stolen runes besides buying them, cause that's my only other fragment to get, the last t2 court of oryx and Balwür that t3 wizard and I sure as hell am not waiting another week for another t3 rotation. Btw I'm out of damn black wax idols cause I bought six runes and still didn't get the fourth fragment.
