So my console is trash after downloading your update yesterday. I have tried to do everything I can to get it to work. With your updates I can't even log into the main screen before I am shoved into a black screen for about 20 mins and then I'm told that my disk is unreadable? It's downloaded from the market place. Since then I have made several attempts to reach you and explain the problem but you have no way for anyone to get a hold of you. This ercks me because I have been a loyal fan since halo 1 and this is where all my hard earned money gets me? You ignore my posts for help with the problem and give no way for anyone to reach you. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever wasted my money on. -blam!- you bungie.
