Yup same here. I have been on the phone with Xbox tech support off and on for 7 days now. All I can play is the trial mode and I bought the digital collectors edition. It keeps prompting me to buy ttk and I've played it since its release. Microsoft has worked with me and agrees it's all on bungies side. I had them include my name with several others in a support ticket to bungie since we cannot talk to them ourselves. Microsoft stated that if this problem isn't fixed by bungie with in 24 hours them are giving me a full refund .

Oh wow, this is ridiculous, I never had the trial I purchased TTK since the first day it was released, I'm overly frustrated, I hope you get through with your issues, so maybe you can shed some light on me, as to what's going on.
