I've honestly not played with a sun breaker in PvE that was really worth much. My friend runs defender, and we all like that much, much more. Sun breakers are good for what, trash mobs? Don't tell me you're one of the ones that wastes your super on the strike boss and then gets pounded by the next enemy wave? Support subclasses are the way to go when it comes to PvE. I don't think any nerf for sunbreaker would hurt it too bad in PvE, since its basically worthless already.
