[i]Ellen's ship takes off from the Tower hanger, leaving a light trail
She arrives at the Dreadnought and climbs in one of the broken engines at the crashed Cabal ship. She takes out Stillpeircer and snipes some of the Cabal and Hive going around, an Echo of Oryx suddenly appears and obliterates and Takes some of the enemies around it.
Ellen stays put, knowing she'll die if she gets its attention, she then hears a knock behind her and finds Jack to be there, she smiles under her helmet as he sits next to her.
They watch the scene play out in the cozy engine[/i]

"Yup, can I count on you to fight by my side?"

"If you're willing to be allies with the most crazy, insane, reckless guardian ever."

"I don't know about that, one guardian talks to the darkness like he would anyone else and another can turn himself into a bomb...."

"I'm willing then." [i]He stops in his tracks and readies his hand cannon[/i]
-
"We're here, but where are the guards? They should be protecting the higher ups......"

"Echo."
-
"Shit..... Hide, quickly....."

[i]He throws down a smoke bomb and turns invisible[/i]

[b]xerox puts up a piece of chitin and blends in with the wall[/b]
-
"Good hiding spot." [i]Jack whispers[/i]
-
"Thanks, we just have to wait until the echo is gone...." [b]xerox whispers back[/b]
-
[i]The Echo passes by slowly and looks directly at them for some time, then starts moving away and leaves[/i]
-
[b]xerox lets out a quiet breath of relief as she waits for it to disappear completely[/b]
-
[i]It teleports away[/i] "Finally." [i]Jack appears again[/i]

"I hate it when oryx decides to expand his reach all over the place...."
-
"Me too."
-
"Look for the room that has scratched out names on the plaque..."

"Ok." [i]He looks around a bit[/i]

[b]they find the room after a few minutes of searching, the entrance is blocked with chitin[/b] "Yup, they really wanted to forget about us..."

"Stand back..." [i]He takes out Bolt Caster and starts hacking at the Chitin[/i]

[b]the chitin is quite tough, but after a few hits, it breaks into large shards[/b]
-
"That's a workout..."

"I would guess...." [b]xerox steps inside and searches the room for anything that is important, and for the stone chest[/b]

[i]The stone chest is seen in a corner of the room[/i] "I just realized, since Oryx renders down Hive into Chitin and uses it for his ships, wouldn't that mean that the entire Dreadnought is made out of your Hive buddies?"

"Yup, but it was survival of the fittest, better them than me..." [b]xerox walks over to it and looks inside[/b]
