I didn't post a link. I was talking about the side-by-side comparison in the game inventory. I haven't collected Tlaloc from the gunsmith yet. It didn't look too special, it takes an exotic slot, and I'm super short on vault space again. I'll take another look at the perk, but I doubt any perk will make up for the difference in base stats.
