Bungie just screwed me over! I did every single part of the sleeper simulant questline and fully repaired the fusion core and turned it in to banshee in the tower. Today i got on expecting the strike so i could actually get the fusion rifle, and the only thing i get is banshee telling me to do the ENTIRE THING OVER AGAIN!!!

Same issue for me and exotic sword. Had all materials and kills - Shaxx just told me to start the quest over.

Did you buy silver yet? Heard that bungie might help players who keep dumping money on their game. Just messing around if the blinking purple strike is there it should work that's what a buddy of mine did

I was way off. I just didn't realize I had one more step.

Ignore Banshee-- it happens- just go run the SABRE strike blinking purple-- you will get the frame.. Not sure what the glitch is but happened to a clan-mate and we just ran it and he got it anyway. Good luck gents.
