Respectfully, do you have a source that confirms the word "Jovian" to be a descriptor of Xur's race and not an adjective describing where he comes from (Jupiter). A human from Mexico would be mexican and a human from anatolia would be anatolia - but each are human. Ganymede, Io and Xur are all Jovian in the sense that they are 'of Jupiter,' however Xur is no moon.
This being said; I do not think Xur is one of the Nine. I just want clarification, else I've been under a false assumption for Xur and the word Jovian as it relates to him.
Also: more exotic/legendaries please.
