I've had No Backup Plans stored in my vault for a while and just noticed they had the main perk changed to 'Force Multiplier' in which shotgun kills are supposed to activate force barrier and make it last longer and such. Does this perk only work as a defender class Titan? I can get it to activate as a Sunbreaker class but only once and right after switching from Defender. Any knowledge on this would be appreciated. I'd like to use them but not if they're unreliable... Thanks!
