He's not talking about the 310 -> 280 nerf, dude. He's talking about the fact that The Spindle is a worse version of what Blackhammer used to be, it's pretty obvious.
It's essentially the same exact gun as Blackhammer, except it's not quite as good, yet it [i]still[/i] takes up an exotic slot (which is a total waste of an exotic, honestly).
