IB gear = fake 310s!
IB gear = fake 310s which means you are booted from my fireteam.
IB gear drops at 280 so you will have to infuse your way to 310 which isn't worth it. Plus using IB gear in the raid is worthless anyways.
Edit: only true year one vets know what I am saying. See all the salt posted below!

I farmed it, I won all my games I could for the bounties, and I farmed the glimmer to buy the boots. If they earn it, they can use it. They don't need to join your bullshit fire teams anyway.
