I recently started playing Iron Banner (which I never do) for the Wolfswood Cloak that came out. I reached rank 3, bought it at 280. Infused it 3 times thinking I would have unlimited infusions & now it is stuck at 298. The infusing circle button has completely disappeared. I have all materials required for infusion. Is this something that happens only for Iron Banner armor or weapons? Because I'm pretty sure I've infused other armor more than 3 times before. I'm pretty bummed with Iron Banner, this being my first real experience with it.
