It's not even that hard of a raid for those requests. We beat it and none of my clanmates met any of those requirements. Most of us were in our mid 290s and a few of us were using the sleeper simulant but other then that pretty basic gear. We got to Oryx last night but some of our players had to get off so we are going to melt him tonight. People making those silly requests are making up for lack of skill. Most of the raid can be done pre 290 up to Oryx.
